What is difference between GFLN Partner Membership and Trader Membership?
GFLN Partner Member
Partner Member are GFLN Network members and are our selected partners as service providers, they are freight forwarders, ware house operators, NVOCC and supply chain management companies, logistics service providers, customs clearing agents, project and heavy lift handling agents. They are inducted in the network after rigorous scrutiny and subject to annual membership fees and Members are shown in our member listing.
GFLN Trader Member
This is a free registration for service users the clients from Trade & Industry. The Shippers, Consignees, Importers & Exporters who get the advantages of our e-business module by getting registered with us. The contact/companies details for the registered users not displayed anywhere and kept confidential. The contact information is used by us and our partner members only. Trader member once registered avail a very personalized service, quick quotes, special freight rates, online vessel schedules, online booking of shipments no matter what is the origin and or destination, with our reall time online tracking system they can monitor the status of shipment 24 hours a day Even if the shipment is not yet ready for pick up through a unique booking number. Each/every movement pertaining to a specific order is recorded till delivered.
Where Can I find Registration form of GFLN Partner Member?
FOR GFLN Partner Member
To get registered as a GFLN Partner Member, click on "Apply for Membership" in the Members Pull down Menu. A form will appear, requiring your company details. Fill up the form and press the submit button. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail from the GFLN Admin by the soonest possible maximum within 48 hours. Click on the link provided in that e-mail to confirm your Email address, your account will be verified automatically. After the verification, you'll be contacted by the GFLN Admin by the soonest possible and can proceed further for membership of the Network and have certain set procedure.
FOR GFLN Trader Member
To get yourself registered as a Trader Member click on the “Join Now” button on the top of every page. Fill up the form and press the submit button at the bottom. Once you complete and submit the Join Now Form, you’ll receive an E-mail from the GFLN Admin for the confirmation of the email address you have provided. Click on the link referred in the confirmation email. System will verify your email address automatically and you’ll be contacted by GFLN Admin by e-mail or phone at the earliest possible and once registration is done by the admin you can use the GFLN for all your future freight bookings.
How can I edit my company details?
Company details can be edited by clicking on the Company Details button in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page. The form you had filled up will appear, after making necessary amendments in that form press the Submit button at the bottom. Your Company details will then be updated. Once you have submitted the company details, then your company details will be stored in the system and would not be edited anymore with out the approval of GFLN Admin.
How can I edit my contact information?
You can edit your contact information by clicking on the Contact Info button in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page. The form you had filled up earlier will appear, after making necessary amendments in that form press the Submit button at the bottom. Your contact information will then be updated. Once you have submitted the Contact Information forms, then your Contact Information cannot be edited anymore with out the approval of GFLN Admin.
How can I edit my Legal Advisor information?
Legal Advisor information can be edited by clicking on the Legal Advisor button in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page. The form you had filled up will appear, after making necessary amendments in that form press the Submit button at the bottom. Your legal advisor information will then be updated. Once you have submitted the Legal Advisor Information forms, then your Legal Advisor Information cannot be edited anymore with out the approval of GFLN Admin.
How can I edit my Services information?

Once you have submitted the Banking Information forms, then your Banking Information cannot be edited anymore with out the approval of GFLN Admin.
How can I edit my Freight Forwarder Reference?
Freight Forwarder Reference can be edited by clicking on the Freight Forwarder Reference button in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page. The form you had filled up will appear, after making necessary amendments in that form press the Submit button at the bottom. Freight Forwarder Reference will then be updated. Once you have submitted the Freight Forwarders Reference, then your Freight Forwarders Reference cannot be edited anymore with out the approval of GFLN Admin.
How can I upload my company’s Logo, License & Certificates?
To upload the logo, license & certificates of your company, click on the License / Certificates button in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page. Mark a check on the Company Logo, license & certificates check box and browse the file and then press the Submit button. Your company’s logo, license & certificates will be uploaded.
When can I start using the service of GFLN?
In order to start using the magnificent services offered by GFLN you have to get yourself registered with us. Once you register yourself either as GFLN Partner Member or GFLN Trader Member. Trader Members can use the GFLN e-business features for freight inquiry and cargo booking trace and track and other features. To be a Partner member you’ll have to fill up all the forms (e.g. Company details, banking info, legal advisor, license / certificates etc) and sign an agreement with the GFLN Ltd and scrutiny once have under gone through all you will be informed and company name will appear in the Member listing.
Once you have registered yourself, either as Partner or Trader member of GFLN, you can start enjoying our outstanding services.
E-Vessel Schedule
How can I Add a new Vessel ?
A new vessel can be added by clicking on the Add Vessel Name button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A form will appear requiring vessel name and description, then press the Submit button. You have successfully added the vessel name.
How can I create a Vessel Schedule online?
A vessel schedule can be added by clicking on the Add Vessel Schedule button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A form will appear requiring vessel schedule information, and then press the Submit button. You have successfully added the vessel schedule.
How can I View Vessel List?
You can view vessel schedule list can be viewed by clicking on the Add Vessel Schedule button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A form will appear requiring vessel schedule information, and then press the Submit button. You have successfully added the vessel schedule.
How can I search Vessel Schedule?
You can search a vessel schedule by clicking on the Vessel Schedule Search button in the Menu. Here, vessels can be searched either by entering port of loading , destination duration etc..
Rate Request
How can I Submit Rate Request?
You can submit a Rate Request by clicking on the Rate Request Submit button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A form will appear requiring the details, fill up the prescribed form and then press the Submit button. You have successfully submitted a Rate Request.
How can I View my previous Rate Request?
You can view the Rate Request submitted earlier by clicking on the Rate Request View button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A list of rate requests will appear, any of the requests’ details can be viewed by simply clicking on the Rate Request Number and its current status can be checked.
How can I Modify My Rate Request?
A rate request once submitted cannot be modified or amended afterwards.
How can I Receive Rate Request?
When Rate Requests are sent to you by other members, you’ll receive an e-mail alert of this effect. You can also see the rate requests received in a sight on the Members Home page. To see the details of the requests received click on the Rate Requests Received button. A comprehensive list of the requests received will appear on the screen. Click on any rate request to see the details.
How can I Reply Rate Request?
To reply the Rate Request, click on the Rate Request Received button in the menu.
Select the type of shipment i-e Air / Ocean. The system will take the type of shipment in default as marked by the sender. Enter your response in the box and submit it for further process.
E-Booking
How can I create a new booking online?
To create a booking online, click on the e-Booking button in the menu, fill-out the booking request form and submit it for further process.
If you want to use the details of any rate request submitted earlier or details of your any previous booking requests then select Rate Request / Previous Booking in the Copy Details From field and enter the number of that request / booking below it. And then fill-out the rest of the form.
How can I view my bookings that I have been submitted online?
To view the bookings you have submitted earlier, click on the e-Booking button in the menu. A list of all bookings will be displayed, click on any booking number to view its status and other details.
Can I reuse any previous booking to create a new one?
While creating a booking, data of any previous booking can be used. You just have to select previous booking in the Copy details field, in the booking request form. Enter the number of the booking submitted earlier, system will automatically retrieve the details of that booking.
Can I cancel my bookings that I have submitted online?
Bookings that you have submitted can’t be cancelled afterwards, however you can reject the bookings you receive from your fellow members.
E-Sales Leads
What is a Sales Lead?
A sales lead is a tool, its sharing authentic information of a potential shipping / forwarding business which can be procured with mutual efforts, a Partner members can generate and send it to partner member at the point of origin or destination inorder to contact the respective client whoever is controlling the shipment inorder to secure the business. Only partner members can send / receive and view the Sales leads pertaining to them. Mostly forwarders do not emphasize on this and in certain cases ignore, GFLN has put more attention on it inorder to keep track and have instant report which will certainly assist in developing better relationship between the network members generate more business and sharing quality information within members.
How can I submit Sales Lead?
A sales lead can be submitted online by clicking on the Sales Lead button in the menu, on the Members Home page. Fill up the prescribed sales lead form and press the submit button at the bottom. Your sales lead will then be submitted.
How can I view my previous Sales Leads?
Sale leads submitted by you previously can be viewed to check their status, by clicking on the Sales Lead View button in the menu, on the Members Home page. A list containing all the sales leads submitted by you will be displayed.
How can I modify in My Sales Leads?
A sales lead once submitted cannot be modified or amended afterwards. But status can be updated, till matured or unsuccessful.
How can I receive Sales Lead?
When you receive a sales lead from other members of GFLN, you’ll receive an email alert. You can view the details of the trade leads received by clicking on the Sales Lead Received button in the menu. A list containing all sales leads received will be displayed.
How can I reply any Sales Leads?
To reply the Trade Leads, click on the Sales Leads Received button in the menu.
Select the type of shipment i-e AIR / SEA. The system will take the type of shipment in default as marked by the sender. Enter your response in the box and submit it for further process.
Online B/L Instruction
How can I submit my B/L instructions?
Click on e-Booking View button in the menu to see the list of bookings. To give instructions for any particular B/L, click on the icon in the B/L Instruction tab. B/L Instructions form will be displayed, system will retrieve the information from booking requests submitted earlier. Fill-out the rest of the things and submit it.
Note: Once you have submitted the B/L Instructions form then you will not be entitled to any amendments.
How can I view my B/L instructions submitted earlier?
Click on e-Booking View button in the main menu and then click on B/L Instruction Icon then you can view your B/L Instruction details but you are not authorized to make any changes.
Bill of Lading
How can I Create B/L?
Click on the e-Booking Received button in the main menu. For the bookings which you had confirmed and the shipper / consignee at the other end had submitted B/L Instructions for that booking, you can create a B/L against such booking. For this purpose, click on the e-Booking Received button in the main menu. A list of bookings received will be displayed, those bookings for which the B/L instructions have been submitted will be having an icon in the B/L Entry Tab. When you click on this icon B/L Entry form will appear on the screen. The form will automatically retrieve the data form the B/L instruction form. Fill–out rest of the details (e.g. vessel details, delivery agent, container no. seal no. container size, freight prepaid or collect, other necessary stamps, date of issue, place of issue, etc) and submit.
Password
How can I change my password?
You can change your password anytime simply by clicking on the Change Password in the Company Profile Menu, on the Members Home page.
If I forgot my password then How can I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the Forgot Your Password button on the user login page. Then submit your login ID, you’ll receive a system generated e-mail immediately, containing your password.
